Three countries, one mission – Interview with Heiko Wörster
With more than a decade of international experience, Heiko Wörster, Managing Director of Kampf Machinery UK Ltd., embodies the spirit of global collaboration that defines the Jagenberg Group.
His professional journey with the Jagenberg Group began in 2013, when he joined Kampf Machinery Shanghai as Purchasing and Quality Manager. From there, his path led him to Changzhou, where he established and successfully managed Kampf Technology Changzhou before taking on his current leadership role in Bedford, UK, in early 2024.
Having spent much of his career in China, Mr. Wörster developed a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the opportunities that come with it. “Of course, there are differences between cultures,” he says, “but I don’t see this as something negative – but rather as a positive.”
In the interview, Mr. Wörster shares how his openness to new experiences and environments has shaped his approach to leadership. For him, respect and transparent communication are key to successful teamwork.
